Chamuças mexicanas

Doses: 1 Tempo: 1h Preparação: lume e forno Dificuldade: fácil

Ingredientes:


  • Soja miúda (1 xícara)
  • Cebola (1)
  • Alho (3 dentes)
  • Malaguetas (a gosto)
  • Louro (2)
  • Azeite
  • Pimento vermelho (2)
  • Vinho tinto
  • Coentros frescos
  • Sal marinho
  • Pimenta preta
  • Paprika 
  • Cominhos em pó
  • Feijão preto (1 xícara)
  • Tortillas de milho (3)
  • Leite vegetal (1/2 copo)

Preparação:


Demolhe a soja até que incha e depois escorra-a. Reserve.

Descasque e pique a cebola e os alhos. 

Leve uma frigideira grande a aquecer em lume médio, com a cebola, alho, malaguetas, o louro e um fio de azeite.

Quando a cebola estiver translúcida, acrescente a soja e envolva.

Entretanto lave e corte os pimentos. Adicione ao refogado, assim como um pouco de vinho tinto.

Vá mexendo e deixe apurar.

Pique os coentros e junte à frigideira, assim como aos restantes temperos.

Por fim adicione o feijão previamente cozido. Envolva e desligue o lume.

Para preparar as chamuças, corte 2 triângulos de uma tortilla. De seguida coloque uma tortilla inteira no prato, no centro coloque 3 colheres de sopa do recheio de soja, feijão e pimentos, e por cima coloque um dos triângulos. Pincele o triângulo e os cantos da primeira tortilla e dobre os cantos de forma a criar a chamuça. Faça o mesmo para a chamuça seguinte.

Leve ao forno durante 15 minutos a 200º.

Sirva acompanhado de guacamole. Bom apetite!

Mexican samosas

Portions: 1 Time: 1h Preparation: stove and oven Difficulty level: easy

Ingredients:


  • Grated dry soy (1 cup)
  • Onion (1)
  • Garlic (3 cloves)
  • Chilli peppers
  • Bayleaf (2)
  • Olive oil
  • Red bell pepper (1)
  • Red wine
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Sea salt
  • Freshly grounded pepper
  • Paprika
  • Grounded cumin
  • Black beans (1 cup)
  • Corn tortilla (3)
  • Plant-based milk (1/2 glass)


Preparation:



Boil the soy for 10 minutes. Drain it and keep it.

Peel and chop up the onion and garlic. Add it to a large frying pan, on medium heat, with a bit of olive oil, the chilli peppers and the bayleaves. 

Then add the soy and stir occasionally.

Meanwhile, wash and chop the pepper. Add it to the pan, and a bit of red wine.

Chop also the cilantro and add it, as well as the rest of the spicies.

Finally, when everything is cooked through add the beans.

For the samosas, take a tortilla and cut two triangles. Then put a whole tortilla on a plate, add 3 tablespoons of the beans and soy mix in the center, and on top put one of the triangles.

Brush some milk on the triangle and on the corners of the tortilla and fold the edges around the triangle.

Take the samosas to the oven for 15 minutes at 200º.

Serve with guacamole. Enjoy!
