Soja com ervilhas e cenouras

Ingredientes:
- Cebola (1/2)
- Alho (2 dentes)
- Cenouras (4 grandes)
- Soja grossa (200gr)*
- Azeite
- Louro (1 folha)
- Vinho branco
- Ervilhas (200gr)
- Sal
- Pimenta
- Noz-Moscada
Modo de Preparação:
Comece por descascar e picar a cebola e o alho. Corte também as cenouras em fatias fininhas.
Entretanto, coloque a soja numa taça grande com água para que inche (cerca de 10 minutos).
Leve a cebola, o alho e as cenouras a refogar numa frigideira grande com azeite e uma folha de louro, em lume brando.
Quando as cenouras estiverem mais tenras, escorra a água dos pedaços de soja e adicione-os ao refogado. Acrescente vinho branco.
Deixe reduzir o vinho e vá mexendo sempre até que a soja comece a "caramelizar" no azeite restante.
Adicione as ervilhas ao refogado. Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada. Deixe tudo cozinhar até estar pronto.
Sirva quente, acompanhado por arroz. Bom apetite! :)

Soy chunks with carrots and peas

Ingredients:
- Onion (1/2)
- Garlic (2 cloves)
- Carrots (4, big)
- Soy chunks (200g)
- Olive oil
- Bayleaf
- White cooking wine
- Peas (200g)
- Salt
- Freshly grounded pepper
- Nutmeg
Preparation:
Peel and chop up the onion, garlic and carrots.
Then put the soy chunks in water so it can soak in (it takes about 10 minutes).
Put the onion and garlic in a big frying pan with a bayleaf and olive oil. Let it cook lightly and then add the carrots.
Let it cook until the carrots are half way done, then add the soaked soy (without the water).
Add some cooking wine and the spices. Stir.
Finally, add the peas and let it cook until ready.
Serve it hot with rice as a side :) enjoy!
